About Nolan Siegel
The California Kid
Rising star Nolan Siegel looks to build on his momentum from 2022 as he makes the jump up to INDY NXT with HMD Motorsports in 2023. In addition to his open-wheel duties, Nolan will be competing in the IMSA Endurance Cup in the LMP3 class and the LMP2 class of the Asian Le Mans Series.
INDY NXT by Firestone Series
#39 HMD Motorsports
After a successful season in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship, Nolan Siegel enters his first season in the INDY NXT by Firestone series, the level right below the NTT IndyCar Series. Competing in one of the strongest fields the series has seen, Nolan will be honing his open-wheel race craft with HMD Motorsports, the series’ defending champions.
IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship
#30 Jriii Racing LMP3
Nolan Siegel made his IMSA WeatherTech Series debut at the 2022 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona and quickly saw success in the LMP3 class. After missing out on a result after leading much of the race in June’s Six Hours at Watkins Glen, Nolan and the Jriii team captured second place at IMSA’s season finale, the 10-hour Motul Petit Le Mans. Nolan started 2023 where he left off, scoring a second-place finish at the Rolex 24 while being scored as the fastest LMP3 driver of the race.
He’s looking forward to future opportunities in high-level sportscar racing as his career progresses.
IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge
#93 CarBahn with Peregrine Racing Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 RS Clubsport
Nolan Siegel returned to the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge GS Class in 2023 after a year away. Serving as Carbahn with Peregrine Racing’s third driver, he ran in the top 5 and set fast laps during his stint in January’s four-hour endurance race.
